recycling

While the loose waste is talked of a lot in past notes here many while doing a regimin of ut drink all or most of their daily fluid and do not have diarea.

By considering the fluid and what it contains and if we are dealing w a body system that isnt organically comprimised then the experience of loose waste should be that the urine is too full of what the body doesnt want at that time. Mabey too rich, mabey too polluted. Its not the amount we take in as much as whats the health status of our cells, tissues and organs at that time. Evan tho urine is a byproduct of the liver process' if we are so toxic that our intercellular fluid is toxicly concentrated than all body fluids, tissues and organs will have a certain percentage of the toxic item or items, and thus the recycling fluid would be shunted to the intestinal system w every drink. I have felt this is why the Bharat text mentions no grains, no greens and no dairy when doing ut.
