The Nature of Probiotics: Part 3

Antibiotics are designed to kill bacteria, Right? The problem is they KILL BACTERIA! Some Antibiotics show some discriminaton in wich bacteria they destroy but even the mildest Antibiotics can cause perterbation in our gut bacteria. Some times the good bacteria can regenerate somewhat, but never like it was before taking antibiotics. And with broad spectrum Antibiotic you are certainly on a course of serious gastrointestinal illness, maybe for life. The good bacteria wich predominate are destroyed from the antibiotic, a poison to them. This sets up an imbalance condition that leaves the door wide open for the pathogenic organisms to take over, previosly held in check by the good bugs, our "friendly flora". Now you have "dysbiosis". Learn this word. This is what you have folks. Wheather you think you have candida or you believe you have a bacterial problem, it all comes down to having your microbiota out of balance. And all of those antifungals that you think are going to treat you candida are doing you more harm than good; they Kill your bacteria as well. YOU HAVE DYSBIOSIS. This is what allowed your candida to thrive. To regain health the focus should be on trying to restore your inner rainforest.
