There's only one way to find out, give them a try for 30 days(which I believe is the same for everyone cleaning their intestines) then see how you're going after that.

Uny's blend is almost identical to Schulze's formula ingredients, you can compare the two by looking at both sites. I believe the quantity and quality are another question.

I think Uny might tell you to cleanse the kidneys and liver as well, but you'll have to be the judge of that.
