Re: Bird flu hoax - Dr. Ott. Must see!!!
Thanks for the link, Doc.
I watched all the episodes last night...13?
I kept expecting to feel afraid, but I couldn't.
Perhaps a younger person might, but, you see, I was there to see many of the incidents, or hear of them, and I know much commonsense that developed right alongside.
You, especially, have found your own way to well-being, and have proven that it works. That's mighty powerful.
One piece of fine writing I really enjoy is Jane Goodall's 'Four Reasons for Hope'.
I'll go get the link...

While watching the Olympic Games in Beijing, I remember the athletes were worried about the quality of the air they were breathing there.
Some of them went home.
Suddenly, we could see blue sky over Beijing.
Nothing was said on TV about the change, that I heard.
I wondered at the time what Herculean efforts that took to clean up the air, overnight.
And, I don't think that the difference was lost on the Chinese people!
I'll bet that many prefer clean air...and perhaps know what it takes to have it...permanently.
What's the old saying?
..."You can fool some of the people all of the time, and you can fool all of the people some of the time...but you can't fool all of the people all of the time."
Those old boys who began some of this stuff, were, after all, just people. Their agendas grew into juggernauts, the upshot of which we experience today.
Except, at the same time, there were, are, millions/billions of others, all developing and growing their own agendas...ALL of which we ALL experience today, know it or not!
Imagination is a funny thing...we tend to become focused on our own until it changes into an alternative reality...like falling asleep while watching a movie. We think we are still following the story, but, with our eyes closed, the picture is entirely different.
All same, I think, the best-laid plans of mice and men.
What we CAN make happen, we will; but comes along something we didn't consider, and we CAN'T.
I figure me and my ancestors were/are just as powerful as any of those old boys, and that our home-grown agendas have just as much influence on the world.
Thank goodness ours were/are more stable and uplifting.
Yours, too.
As I see it.
Fledgling
