four low electrolytes adrenal fatigue and thryoid/adrenal supplementation

I recently had a retest from my original hair mineral analysis which shows tremendous improvement. All my toxic metals are detoxed, important ratios na/k ca/mg are normalizing and for the most part I am happy. Some concerns I do have:

My ratios are normalizing, but my calcium magnesium sodium and potassium are all LOW. Ca=19 Mg = 2 NA = 9 K = 4. The low mineral levels put me into the category of the four low electrolytes. From what I've read, specific supplementation is needed in order to recover. The analogy is like a car stuck in the mud and trying to gun the gas to get out. The wheels keep spinning no matter how much you try. The gas pedal is your adrenals and no matter how much nutrients you give them to recover, having the four low electrolytes will stop you dead in your tracks.

I am on 60mgs of Armour and also following a very strict program from Dr. Lam to recover my adrenals. Should I focus on improving my electrolyte levels before recovering my adrenals?

Thanks!

PS. Dr. Lam has been wonderful. I am almost 100% recovered thanks to him!
