New Problems~Is Mirena to blame?

I had my Mirena inserted in September 08. I posted on here a few months after complaining of all the symptoms everyone else has been experiencing. I was considering having it removed and then suddenly I just felt better and didn't worry about it anymore! Well now for the past two months or so I have been having really bad headaches daily. I also am sick to my stomach all the time, I experience hot flashes and become dizzy alot. My doctor has no clue what is wrong with my and I am now considering maybe my Mirena is to blame! Is anyone else having these kind of side effects????
