Hello,

I've been fasting for the past 6 days and I've been doing enemas and doing the salt water flushes (alternating every other day). I have been having problems getting all of the water out. I'm not sure how much is there, but it's enough that I can hear it when I manually slosh around my abdomen. It happens with both the enema and salt water flushes. Is this common at first and if so how long does it usually take to go away? Has anyone else had this problem or have any advice? Thanks in advance. Tweet
