Poison Ivy Time! How do we fix it?

It's already summer down here and the poison ivy is growing like, um, weeds. My guys hike and run on the trails in the parks around here, and have already picked up a little case of poison ivy. I have them putting MRH organic aloe vera gel on it externally. That seems to work better than Technu. You know what I've got in my Felix the Cat bag of tricks. :-) What's the skinny on poison ivy?
