Tooth Extraction - Implant or Leave as is

I recently had a tooth extracted because of a bad root canal. I was going to get a titanium implant; but I'm doing fine with no tooth there. It doesn't show, so cosmetically it's not a problem. My dentist says my teeth will move and cause bite problems; but my teeth are overcrowded in that area. Is it okay to leave as is with no tooth? Tweet
