If I had no money I would make my own CS gen using either 3 nine volt batteries or an ac/dc adapter. All you need in addtion is a couple of strips of 12 gauge .9999 silver and distilled water. Cost almost nothing. Won't make the best CS on the planet but the CS WILL work.
