BRAIN FORMULA TINCTURE By Dr. Richard Schulze

I am going to make this tincture this formula, but can not find rosemary flowers that it calls only rosemary leaf, will this work or do I need the flowers and anyone know where to find them?

1 part - Cayenne Pepper, the HOTTEST (i.e.- Habenero), that you can get!
3 parts - Ginkgo Biloba Leaf
1 part - Rosemary Flowers
1 part - Gotu Kola Herb
1 part - Calamus Root
1 part - Kola Nut
