H2O2 would also work, wonder how long to ozonate to achieve this?

Water is fully saturated with ozone in about 10 minutes or less. I don't know if H202 has a positive charge or not. And I'm not sure if O3 - Ozone (ozone) would combine with the water to form H2O3.
