Stomach Pain (mostly at night)
I will try to describe my symptoms accurately.
I feel like the walls of my stomach are burning (mild intensity). This is most pronounced when I am lying in bed at night. My stomach is not very full at this time. If I roll over it gets better for a few minutes. Some nights is worse than others. I also feel it after I eat, but not as intense as when I am trying to sleep.
I eat a pretty balanced diet, but I certainly don't eat all healthy food. I eat meat, dairy, fish and quite a bit of fruits and vegetables. I drink a superfood drink every morning and afternoon (boku superfood atm).
I am 37 and have not experienced these symptoms previously.
I do not take any otc or prescriptions meds, but I have taken the occasional ibuprohen and aspirin.
Can you recommend any vegetables or fruit juices or other easily available remedies?
Thank you for your time.
John
