horrendous lower back pain post liver flush

My friend has just done her second liver flush. The first time she did the Hulda Clark flush - didn't get any stones out, had lower back pain and her body swelled up. After this she became seriously constipated and has been using enemas to clear stuff out.

She thought she had reacted badly to the Epsom Salts so she did the 7-day cleanse this time. She has been passing green ropes since drinking the olive oil mixture the night before last and is still passing them. The problem is that she has agonising lower back pain (sacral area), she is freezing and sweating. She has had lots of enemas including a wheatgrass enema. She has tried a hot water bottle on the area but the pain isn't dissipating.

Does anyone have any advice or feedback on this? I'm guessing it's her kidneys. She hasn't been for a colonic yet but is planning to go today. Do you think this is a good idea?
