Hydrogen peroxide and trying to conceive

I am trying to conceive and I know I have infections like Chlamydia etc. From what I know it is very hard to get rid of this infection. I have done a lot of Antibiotics to get rid of this. I am taking food grade hydrogen peroxide 20 drops in water twice a day to kill it hopefully. Is it safe to take it even after ovulation during the two week wait. Can it affect implantation or kill the embryo if I get pregnant? Anyone knows? Anyway hydrogen peroxide is used by good bacteria to kill infections so wouldn't it be safe when trying to conceive.What do you think? I am in my late thirties so don't have much time to waste.
