religion itself is not the real problem

No Religion isn't the problem.
The problem is that people mistake religious principles for the truth rather than the fact that they are pointing TO the truth.

A truth so big and amazing that it contains all that is, is not something that can be defined and discussed, labelled or named. It is beyond logical thought.
