Apple Cider Vinegar and Adrenal Fatigue


Dr. Lam,

Years ago when I did not have bad adrenals, I used to drink organic apple cider vinegar (1.5 - 2 tbsp.) with baking soda (about 1/4 tsp.) mixed in 1 cup of water for my acid reflux and it always worked. Now it seems that my acid reflux is coming back. I wonder now that I have stage 3 A.F. if that vinegar and baking soda concoction will or not adversely affect my adrenals. Thanks.
