1. Allah - with the tongue - 500 times
2. Allah - with the heart - 1000 times.
3. Allahumma salli ala Muhammadin wa ala aali Muhammadin
Wa sallim - 300 times.
4. Sura Ikhlas - 100 times.


THE OPTIONALS

1. Bismillah ir Rahman ir Raheem - 100 times.
2. La ilaha illallah - 100 times.
3. Asthagfirullah il aleem wa atoobu ilaihi 100 times.
4. Ya Lateef - 100 times.
5. Hasbiallahu wa niyamal wakeel 100 times.
