FOR the calcium I use caltrate (but you can use any calcium citrate because they have so many to choose from and many are very inexpensive at Jewel Osco. As far as the vitamin D3 I use Nature's Best and I ordered it from Omni supplements and it cost ( it was under 10.00) And they ship pretty fast. But google vitamin D3/breath odor and do the same with the calcium citrate and odors and you will see it in writing. I don't know if the calcium citrate takes the smell away completely but I know it is definitely recommended, God bless you.
