Sadly, Orion, you are listing all classic side effects. Is it definitely mirena? there really is only one way to tell. Get it removed if you can....

As far as you getting pregnant on Depo-there are MANY stories on here of that as well (getting pregnant on mirena). Nothing is ever a guarantee in birth control (except maybe histerectomy, lol, I'd like to see a sperm get around that one!). I will say, if you do get pregnant on mirena-it sounds rough....
