Check out kidney cleanse page. I did see here pain can be in different parts of the body. My daughter has pain for week in middle-lower back and now thinking it's kidney problem. She will probably do the Celery seed tea. I'm sure you can find the seeds in health food section in bulk area or the tea already made up where you pay for convenience. Below is link that may help.
