Hmm. But your first 3/4 months Water Fasting had the same slope as the first 3 on this new diet now do. I bet you were very excited about Water Fasting as well when starting out. I'd say you have to give it more time before you can make such a huge conclusion.
Anyway, aren't you back to eating "lettuce and tomatoes" now? That's an over-simplification, but this new diet seems very strict, and doesn't give room for "fun food." Your original frustration with dieting seems like it would hold true here just as well.
