Hi everyone, I'm really new to macrobiotics. I started trying this way of life about two weeks ago (I've been a vegetarian for many years beforehand) and on the whole I'm doing ok, but a couple of days I've succombed to temptation and eaten a load of junk food. Did anyone else have this problem at the start? Does it pass? I've found that despite eating loads, I'm still hungry (hence the pig outs), how much brown rice is too much?
