bad upper eyelid surgery

I had bad upper eyelid surgery a couple of months ago. The oculoplastic doctor of Los Angeles, took too much fat and tissue resulting in deep hollowed out eye's with a high crease and I am still not able to move my upper eyelids to blink. He's telling me to give it time they will start working again and that they look attactive and suggested fillers to use later on if they still look sucken in. I want to get another oculoplastic surgeon's opinion. I was reading about fat strip grafts, and wanted to know if anyone has had success with that and what doctor they used.
