Re: Gas in Liver - should I flush?

When i took garlic at the beginning i vomited a lot. I was convinced that was a reaction of my body against liver. i awlays thought it was something else. So i decreased the garlic dose and sarted with half a clove. When i felt comfortable i increased the doses. Ok it took month but it worked. i think everything that is in the liver is really long to cleanse.

So today, i don't want to vmit anymore. The symptoms i got are going away one by one slowly. By the past i had heartburn, a kind of feeling in the abdomen, just like your doing an heartstroke but you re not doing an heartstroke. For years i had this feeling, especially during winter i dont know why. And i started to take garlic, the heartburn never came back, and i got less tension in the chest.
To see a real difference it took 3 months. it is a slow process ! !
