My initial weight was 230pounds, First I did a juice fast for about 30 days and lost 40 pounds and then I did 2 weeks Water Fast and lost 25 pounds. My weight now is 163 pounds at height 5'8 and I am on a raw food diet now. I am slowing building up to do a 40 day water fast, which I want to start on Monday. My Goal is to reach 120 pounds and maintain a healthy life style that includes short fast every three months. Hope my weight loss inspires people to stay on their fast:
Total weight loss: 77 pounds in total of 55 days of juice and water fasting. I kept it of by breaking the fast very carefully. I didn't do any exercise, but light walking.
