My husband's Experience

Earlier on, I posted of my husband's problems with Spinal Stenosis and asked for advice. Steve888 posted and volunteered to send some healing energy to my husband.

Since Steve sent healing energy, my husband has been able to get on the treadmill 2 days in a row, something he couldn't do previously because exercising like that 2 days in a row caused his sciatica to flare up.

We wanted to test how well he managed on a long walk. We had an opportunity to do that this past Saturday. He managed just fine without any sciatica problems.

We both thank Steve for sending healing energy his way. I've said before that my husband and I didn't want his Spinal Stenosis to affect his quality of life. Thus we were both pleased that he has been able to exercise more without difficulty. Tweet
