I would say niether. Try a diet high in cooked greens, mustard, dandelion, collards, brocoli, green peppers, green beans, and eat some fresh fruit. If there is one thing that gets to this stuff is a ton of cooked greens. High quality unprocessed food is the key, it will give the body what it needs to become balanced.
