Dude - I read Grz testimonial as well as my own

I read GRZ testimonial - Then started the baths - Well I motified it to what I "feel" works best for me.

They clearly help me...

Even though moreless is a m*o*o*n - there is some good advice there... Well for me....

The area being protected is great BUT the protection has been abused and needs to be addressed in my opinion...

Then again - this would cause the motivation of the "expert" curezoners to stick around to be lost and the BB would fall apart...

So then, I will attempt to shut up...  :)
