Distilled water and water in general, plus some other questions :D

Hello Uny and others,

I read somewhere on the internet not too long ago that distilled water bottled in plastic containers may contain CO2. Is there any truth to this? I see that it is recommended while doing cleanses. What is the alternative besides distilling it yourself? I can't find it glass bottled anywhere.

Spring waters, right now I've been drinking Fiuggi(it really DOES clean out your kidneys in a weeks time from my experience), which do you recommend? I know to avoid fluoride(some say it's naturally occurring in their water, still a no-no???), and plastic bottles. Or maybe I shouldn't drink any spring waters?

I've done almost all of the reading, well I skimmed a little(and may have missed something on water, it's late sorry), that you have given me and I can't thank you enough. I'm going through Schulze's manual tonight. As promised, I'm back in the forum. :) Here's my other thread if we should keep it all there.

I want to start my cleanse with the colon, where all cleanses should start, but I want to know if my poisonous Amalgams will effect me in any way and if I should wait until I have them removed? I'm going to a IAOMT member DDS. Here's the link for anyone unfamiliar. - http://www.iaomt.org/

The only problem is I have to wait until June. :( I'm assuming they will since I have to ingest my arsenal of superfoods and mighty herbs through the tainted gate of mercury molars.

Considering intestinal cleanses, it seems as though you favor Dr. Schulze 's formulas. I bought another brand that I mentioned in an email to you, and the herbal content is limited to only three herbs and missing that very nice volcanic element. I'm sure you know which product I speak of. So I think I'll be saving the one I bought for another time(I vacuum sealed them) or maybe give them to a friend and actually start with IF1 after everything I've read and my own research(can't thank you enough). Good idea?

Recently I've noticed/developed eye floaters in my left eye(not as many in my right from what I see). I went to an ophthalmologist, he prescribed me an Antibiotic which I foolishly took a few times a few weeks ago, *expletive*, but only a couple of times for the bloodshot eyes/headaches I was waking up with, and he said they're benign protein deposits or floaters/whatever. I think the damn crap I put in my eye caused it, but maybe not. It's a steroid/anti-inflammatory, and that's just my luck! So I read about them, and hopefully they ARE harmless and just happen (I am nearsighted but not a lot), that you really can't do anything about them non-invasive. Anyone else have these floating circles/wavy lines in their vision? Can anything be done about them? I think I want to get a second opinion as well outside of my town, the Drs. in my town are terrible and nothing but drones. (Ok, breath in can't get angry :)

Thank you and muck love,
C
