Re: Can Juicing Really Lead to Happiness?
Hello Raynbo,
"Nutritional typing" is not something I would go along with, although it appears to work for some and (in my opinion) is an adaptation of the Natural Hygienic Diet as formulated by Sylvester Graham amongst others.
The basis of any
healthy Diet is that it is "nutritionally dense" as Dr J Fuhrman MD describes it, and consists of restricted calories.
Ideal health and great longevity are achieved by the former two requirements, and where the only diet that fits this perfectly, and adaptable to any human being, is the organic-plant-based diet which is properly combined, as in the Dr William Howard Hay diet, and the food combining principles laid down by Dr H M Shelton.
This is known to cure digestive ailments of years standing, improve energy levels and even reverse disease; it also releases the energy required, which would otherwise be used in the digestive process, for other just as important bodily tasks such as elimination and repair.
Not a fan of NT i'm afraid.
