He doesn't mention it simply because he doesn't believe it is the best thing to tackle candida. He's had better results with diet and plant antifungals
also it seems he's not prepared to use Miracle-Mineral-Supplement at the toxic levels Jim Humble recommends, in any case he seems to think it's not the best method.
He does say oxidizers are not effective enough against candida and Miracle-Mineral-Supplement falls into that catagory
