Add fish oil and vitamin D to your diet


I've been reading some of tha things written about hypothyroidism online and I read that vitamin D3 was good for the thyroid gland. I started taking it and I must say I'm feeling much better. I 'm more focused and I seem to have more energy. Also fiah oil has always been been good for hormones,especially for menopause and and for menusration cramps and even for ADD/ADHD, it's also good for your memory. Go on the internet and look up vitamin D3 and fish oil and you will see what I'm talking about.
