are the nasties finally coming out ? help me to understand....

Hi all,

I sarted my 4 ys old on humaworm for kids ,this last sunday ( not even a week yet) .Today he passed something like a tine root of a small tree , an orange-whitish thread like thing with more tine threads on it looking like a root .Soory abt the description .

Is this for real ? Could he be passing the unwanted creatures finally ,he was battling this problem for 2 yrs now.His symptoms are excessive hunger , overeating coz of it and frequent bowel movements,dark circles under the eyes and fatigue,iron and calcium deficiency and not gaining any weight.

Can anyone tell me if this is indeed worms or parasites or whatever the hell they are ? Has anyone had similar things come out ? how long after the 30 day dose should he take it again in case more keep coming out ?
