Well I haven't had any stand-out dreams lately but things have been moving along for me nicely personally. I've had a couple of deep insights regarding personal transformation. Some stuff came up a couple weekends ago and then again at the beginning of this week - at the turn of the new year wheel. I don't know if it's related but things are'a'changin' for me.

I recently just turned 30 also, which I've learned can be a challenging, turning point in our lives. I really am feeling like I'm starting to approach my 'real life', with confidence and excitement.

It has shown me how much pain from the past I have still been carrying around with me - and has been leaking out inadvertently. It is true we may re-enact our past hurts until we heal ourselves from them. But as I am gaining deeper and deeper insight over time, I am finding compassion for myself and my situation, and the desire to release and be renewed! Though it touched on some deep pain as if I've not healed any of it, it is healing me. To transcend, this stuff needs to come out and be respected or we will live trapped in it forever. And each time brings us closer to true freedom.

On the job front, I recently got news I'm being laid off from a corporate job by next spring. I've been there 7 years and it has provided for me and my family well. This is good news, however, as I have been searching for a more fulfilling career path. I've picked a direction to go (healing arts) and this news is encouraging me to run with it. I am, little by little, transforming my life to be a reflection of who I really am and envision myself to be, at my core.

So, at the moment, I am very excited about the coming year and opportunities. It is totally different and new to me, a little scary, but I know I am travelling in my heart's direction.

My Mayan tone this year is 10, Planetary, described as 'power to perfect manifestation', and 'act of producing'. So, if I'm correct, and this IS how I feel right now, this year I need to put effort and ACTION towards my dreams.

Plus, my day on the Mayan calculator, says Red Magnetic Dragon, which is very close to my Red Rhythmic Dragon, so I'm feeling very good! To clarify, I'm already feeling great and the reading just confirms a good day for me.
