What is it?

Hi Folks,

Have a problem here, on both sides of my mouth where my upper and lower lips meet, i get sores, especally after eating a big meal.

Before i even had a friend comment 'do you have herpes' but i got a blood test and nothing? sometimes its a small patch other times its larger, red in color. Im a bloke but i have use mascara to hide it, its annoying. Ive had std's before, but not herpes so can anyone tell me what this might be?

I went to a docs before but she could not tell what it is, she gave me 'something' 1% cream and that doesnt work although i think allot of them weird creams are just placebo because on the leaflets they useually say there is no known reason as to why this medication works if you read into it.

So any help would be great peeps
