I can see no reason at all to not take all of those items, though I would personally favor true colloidal silver over ionic silver.  I know for a fact that CureZone sponsor Utopia Silver's Advanced Colloidal Silver has been successful against Lyme's.

If you decide to go the ionic route, the most economical choice might be to get one of the better home generators and make it yourself.  I think that the Utopia Silver Silver Bullet makes the best product, which is a combination of perhaps 70% ionic and 30% colloidal silver, but the Silver Pupply and Silver Gen machines also make a very good home product and many here in this forum vouch for them highly.
