Thanks Zoebess, although I'm not so sure it is mucus. Mucous under every occasion that I have come into contact with it, usually had some kind of tint or color. In some cases I have seen clear mucous but this wasn't just clear this was near impossible to see, I believe because of the texture of it.
Mucous in my experience is also sticky in nature. Even in under wet conditions like being in a shower or bath tub, mucous will likely stick to my finger and has done so under these wet conditions.
This substance was not sticking to anything anywhere and was not about to. I do project the possible thought that *maybe* it was like this because of the water but even when I removed it from the water, it slid out of my hand...its very strange... Tweet
