After two years on the protocol at the Ask Moreless forum, I never seem to need digestive enzymes anymore!

I used to have to take lots of different kinds, and even then my digestion was not that good. Now it is better than when I was a teen or young adult!

BTW, this is the cheapest, most far reaching and effective thing that I have found in over twenty years of looking. Can help about anything!
