My two cents (or is that three cents?) is:

I love the superfoods detox approach, though I would add additional cancer fighters and immune boosters

I do not like a ketogenic diet for anything and firmly believe that a long term ketogenic diet is unhealthy

Nor do I like any invasive or other cancer treatment that results in the premature death of healthy cells - and that especially includes chemotherapy.  Killing healthy cells in order to kill cancer cells and avoiding healthy foods and antioxidants is a failed barbaric approach that is completely backwards fo what should be done.

If someone is determined to have chemo, they should strongly consider oleander extract - it potentiates the chemo, improves the success rates, protects against damage to healthy cells and either eliminates or greatly lessens all known side effects of chemo (with the exception that it does not eliminate hair loss when the chemo drug of choice is Cisplatin).
