- despite the fact that some people would say "that's too thin", I think a BMI below 20 is quite a healthy achievement, provided you remain healthy too. 18 - 20 is about right. No less though. And it depends on your build as well.
You have tried dieting? I bet the answer is yes, and it didn't work. Same here.
Try fasting, but if it fails I think there are better and quicker ways. Not dieting, but nutritarianism. I won't bore everyone to death by posting graphs, just look through my previous posts.
Having said that, I lost about 90
pounds by fasting, and if it's your first one I am sure you are curious to try it (I started off slightly heavier than you did).
Good luck, and I have a feeling you will succeed, one way or another. But the secret is in what you eat, think and do, rather than just what you don't eat.
