Simplifying parasite cleanse & side effects

I am a little confused. I read that CoQ10 will get rid of tapes and ascarids, but it seems that the Clarkia formula will take care of everything.

What would be the most effective approach with the least side effects, or how can I best manage or keep possible side effects at a minimum?
