Re: Galbladder liver flush same as eating?

One thing to keep in mind is that it is important to have a free flowing system in order to cleanse/flush the gallbladder effectively. Therefore, while the fat of a steak may stimulate the gallbladder, it and chinese food generally cause stagnation of the digestive system and the bowels, so that will not be effective.
That's why in the liver/gallbladder flush you don't eat for hours then take Epsom Salts to begin getting the bowels flowing so its a clear path for all the gunk to come out during the flush. Then you must keep it flowing afterwards for a few days for best results, and less negative results all around. d
