That sounds great :) beautiful! I just started my fast today and was wondering if you could tell me what you love best about doing yoga. I am a regular exerciser, quite athletic but have not tapped into yoga very much ( maybe 3 or 4 times I tried it). How does it work with fasting? Does it enhance it... bring out more emotions.. equanimity etc.? Well, I read your post on "angry all the time". It struck a chord with me. I am sometimes afraid that the fasting will bring out a lot of emotions that I am not ready to deal with... On the other hand, I say bring it on! because I am eager to reach new heights. I will start the day tomorrow with Celery and broccoli juice.
