Absolutely. The contrails appear behind
the plane but dissipate rather quickly.
The chemtrails, where I live, are sprayed
more earlier than later. Within 30 minutes
the lines will feather out to a wispy
cloud cover that thins into a blanket
when you have a grid laid down. I have
not seen planes spraying in a storm, but
most often before one.

Before Katrina, they sprayed day and night
heavily. On a clear night, you could watch
them lay down the grids and as they
feathered out the stars would be obscured.
Then after Katrina, there was no spraying
at all for a significant amount of time.
I think the chemtrailing contributed to
that weather event....
