my dad collasped...please help

My dad has really low haemoglobin, i mean seriously low.

He's on the incurables program his kidney failure.

But today, when coming back from a friend's house, he suddenly collasped. He was on floor, his jaws was locked and because of his sudden decrease in blood pressure his bowels released fecal matter and he urinated.

He feel on the ground, we called the ambulance and before they came i put 5 dropperfuls of cayenne tincture in his mouth and he was looking better. The ambulance came, ran a few tests and his blood Sugar was literally over the roof. Is this because he takes juices?

Im guessing he collasped because of his low haemoglobin and blood count, should i make sure he does a one week fast on just beetroot and carrot juice?

I don't know what to do..
