I am sorry you were hurt, I really am.

With free speach there will be rude things printed/said about Muslims,Jews, Christians etc.. Its just the way free speech works when there are people out there with "opinions." Someone out there may dislike what they don't understand or agree with and so since we have our free speech rude, upsetting stuff will be said about our faith belief whatever it may be. I see my beliefs being bashed in the media allot and even on this forum.
Its part of freedom of speech to have someone spew out something hurtful and hateful about something you believe deeply with your whole heart. It may not be pleasant at times but it will happen as long as we have free speech. Kind of like it will invariably happen that driving in downtown bumper to bumper traffic will result in someone honking/cutting you off for no reason. I am sorry you were hurt. I think it was said in anger and usually things said in anger are hurtful and wrong. Just understand there are allot of people out here that do not condone the statements that were made. Sounds strange but I don't agree with the words that were said but I agree with the freedom of free speech that allowed the words to be said. Does that make sense? Still it wasn't right or nice and I am sorry you were offended. Tweet
