The time I use to get allergy type symptoms was when I was outside on a windy day.
Also what I use to think was an allergy or summer cold was actually me becoming too acidic...especally when a full moon came about.
It's nice to be able to identify things more correctly now instead of guessing...is it an allergy or a cold? Better yet, be able to do something about it to keep it from happening over and over again.
As far as food allergies, I have never had alot of problems as far as extremes of swelling and such. It use to just make me acidic and make my body ache or make my nose run/stop up. Same effect from chemical exposure.
I think it effects everyone differently depending where you have the most problems with acid build up.
Figuring out why our bodies may not be storing alkaline reserves to handle this exposure takes more thought and action.
