Good to hear you're taking DE as well.I started about three weeks ago.Actually,I ordered it for my husband to keep his blood pressure in check but decided to be his guinea-pig.I had already done a lot of the cleanses but what I'm noticing is how silky smooth my skin has become.And I haven't even had one itsy, bitsy zit(even during that time of the month).Also,One evening I felt all the signs of a sinus infection coming down and I took two TBLS of DE.I repeated it again next morning and by mid-day I was absolutely fine.I'm positive it killed the sinus bug.

What I would like to know however is,can one just continue taking DE indefinitely or should there be breaks?
