Hydro Therapy
All Hydro Therapy treatments exert a stimulus on the body, which in turn produces a physiological reaction within the body This process improves the circulation of blood to the surface tissues as will as to the deep-lying internal organs
Hydrotherapy is the use of hot and cold water alternately to cause the skin, blood vessels, mussels, and other soft tissues of the body to expand (hot water) and constrict (cold water). This causes a kneading like action that helps to:
1. remove extra cellular fluid as in the case of inflammation.
2. strengthen arteries and vanes as in the case of varicose vanes.
3. speeds up the healing process.
In short, hydro therapy MOVES BLOOD and blood brings with nutrients that feed and heal.
Hydrotherapy can be used for: Bruises, sprains, strains, varicose vanes, phlebitis, hemorrhoids, etc.
How to do Hydro Therapy
1. Hydro therapy can be used on a part of the body, or on the whole body By the use of
